There isn't a PC on the website that has the exact parts I like... can I have a custom build made for me?

Of course! If you would like a custom, bespoke system built, then speak to Jack straight away. Let me know what your budget is and what exactly you want.

Once I get a feel for the sort of system you want I will send you a quote and then you can decide where to go from there. If you would like to make further changes that's fine, or if you are happy with the quote then fantastic!

For custom builds I add your desired specification to the website under the custom category (its hidden) and you can check out as per usual!

What is your turnaround?

I aim to get your PC dispatched to you within 7 working days of cleared funds. However, some times depending on Stock availability and other factors it may take up to 2 weeks.

How much is delivery?

The delivery charge for every PC on this website is £20 - I use City Link or Yodel next day delivery services. I also use plenty of air bags and packaging to make sure that each PC arrives in perfect condition. Delivery is to UK Mainland only. Sorry to the guys from other lands! :(

Can I collect my PC?

If you live locally to Stafford or are just passing through you may collect your PC order or request a drop off. However, customers who collect their PC can only do so if they have paid via Bank Transfer or Cash.

Where do you buy your components from?

I use a range of Trade Only distributors and as such can sell PCs for cheaper than you expect - Passing the saving on to you guys! I use a variety of brands including Intel, Ati, Nvidia, Corsair, Gigabyte, Asus, Kingston, Seagate and Coolermaster.

If you install an operating system for me do you install anything else?

Absolutely not. Unlike many other computer builders I won't stick a load of usless programs on your brand spanking new PC before it gets to your house. There won't be any annoying anti-viruses or free trials pre installed to bug you 24/7.

It is your PC, so why should I be choosing what stuff goes on it before you even get to play with it?

And I dont put any of those annoying stickers on either!

However, the only program I would recommend for your new PC is probably Microsoft Security Essentials available here. It is completely free, updated regularly, unintrusive, and it will sit quietly in the background protecting your PC from nasty Viruses and Spyware.

What "stuff" does my PC come with?

Every system sold comes with Driver DVDs and Manuals for each component that might have them. I dont send you all of the boxes (unless you really want them) because who wants a load of cardboard lying around? Also included is a copy of your invoice and your terms and conditions of use. Thats the agreement between myself and yourself. You will have to read and accept this agreement during the checkout stage before you can buy your PC.
